First Ever Sock

As you might have guessed, this is my Sock-In-Progress, first attempt at socks. Going well so far, but I'm not to the tricky part yet ... the heel.

I'm using Dancing Yarn from Knit Picks in "Jig". The pattern is from Sensational Knitted Socks.

Cutie Patootie Booties

These are the booties I just finished for a friend. The pattern is from Stitch N' Bitch Nation and was SUPER easy. Knit in Lambs Pride Bulky.

Three words

ROWAN SUMMER TWEED. My latest yarn splurge! I have never attempted a sweater ... my LYS had the most beautiful cotton tweed yarn that I was DYING to create something with. So, I am taking the plunge. Not only did I buy the yarn (it was a bit expensive) but I am going to attempt to make "Ginger". SO exciting.
